DELIVERY & COLLECTION POLICY
Due to COVID-19 we can currently only service Dublin areas 5, 13 & 17
DELIVERY: In the unlikely event that the recipient is not home we will leave the flowers with a neighbour or return the flowers to the store. We will put a card in the recipients letter box to notify them. Orders received before 1pm Monday to Sunday Irish time can be delivered same day if required. Orders received online after 1pm Irish time will be delivered the following day even if the requested delivery date is the same day.
COLLECTION: For same day collection order must be received by 3pm on same day otherwise from 9am the following morning
DELIVERY: The vast majority of our planters, hanging baskets & window boxes are made with new stock everyday so please allow up to 3 days for delivery of these products. We will make every possible effort to have these to you as soon as possible but during very busy periods this may not always be the case. We will email you after you have made your order to advise you of likely delivery date.
COLLECTION: As above but we'll email you when ready for collection
Refunds or replacements may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management. Because of the perishable nature of our products you are advised to make any complaint within 24 hours of the delivery of your flowers. If it is outside of opening hours please email us firstname.lastname@example.org . We endeavour to resolve every complaint with either exchange of product or a full refund. Management decision is final.
You will find a range of our most popular gift flowers on our shop page, however if you would prefer something different then call or email us to speak to our florist. We accept most major debit & cards including Visa, Mastercard & PayPal.
