OUR POLICIES 

Delivery Policy

In the unlikely event that the recipient is not home we will leave the flowers with a neighbour or return the flowers to the store. We will put a card in the recipients letter box to notify them. If the order is returned to store their will be a re-charge to be re-delivered, otherwise it can be collected from the store.

Orders received before 1pm Monday to Saturday Irish time can be delivered same day if required. Orders received online after 1pm Irish time will be delivered the following day even if the requested delivery date is the same day. 

We deliver Monday - Saturday only (excluding Bank Holidays}

Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds or replacements may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management. Because of the perishable nature of our products you are advised to make any complaint within 24 hours of the delivery of your flowers. If it is outside of opening hours please email us info@gardenofedenmore.com . We endeavour to resolve every complaint with either exchange of product or a full refund. Management decision is final.
